Closeness to schools, an important factor in buying housing
Adjacency to educational facilities remains the main consideration for customers while buying a new house or a new apartment.
Real estate company, Phu My Hung Development Corporation, which almost sold out block A of its Happy Residence project in a mere 45-minute launch last month, attributed it mainly to the apartment’s closeness to schools.
The company said they did a survey on why customers choose their projects and found that living environment is the most important determinant in customers’ buying decision. An ideal living environment has to meet essential needs of residents such as education, infrastructure, healthcare, shopping, entertainment, banking services… and Phu My Hung is the place to find all we seek.
Besides, with the improving standard of living, people want the best education environment for their children.
Hoang Le, who has bought an apartment at Happy Residence, said: “I intend to send my children to the Canadian International School, which is only 400m away. The school has all levels from kindergarten to grade 12.
“Next to Happy Residence is Sonata school with art classes.”
Nguyen Hung, another buyer, said, “The availability of schools near Happy Residence in particular and in Phu My Hung City Centre in general is surely a clinching factor.”
Diverse education facilities
Considering the availability of educational facilities onsite as a basis for development, Phu My Hung Development Corporation has created a diverse and comprehensive education system, which meets the needs of everyone living in Phu My Hung City Centre regardless of their nationality.
It has 30 education campuses of all kinds and catering to all levels, from kindergarten to high school and both international and domestic institutions. There is a diverse education system in Phu My Hung City Centre including both developed by Phu My Hung developer such as Lawrence S. Ting School, Saigon South International School and outside developments such as Canadian International School….
A kilometer away from Happy Residence is Saigon South School. It was the first school developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation to serve for its residents. In 2002 it was transferred to the city Department of Education and Training.
As one of the schools with the best facilities in HCM City, Dinh Thien Ly School has become an ideal school for children living in and outside Phu My Hung City Centre.
International schools are professionally developed, including the Bilingual Canadian International School and Canadian International School. These schools also offer all grades from kindergarten to high school and are the largest in the Phu My Hung New City at 5.5ha.
With the diverse origins of local residents in mind, many international schools have been set up to meet demand, including Japanese, South Korean and Taiwanese.
There are also some famous local schools such as the newly built Vo Thi Sau Elementary School and Tiny Flower pre-school.
Surrounding the city are many universities that offer a wide range of specialised options – like RMIT, Ton Duc Thang University, Gia Dinh University and the College of Technology and Industrial Management.
With a diverse education system at all levels, Phu My Hung has created an active environment that creates a better growing environment for children. It also reveals the efforts the company makes to offer residents a better life in both material and spiritual terms. — VNS
